Pelican Development completed construction in 2014 . The house resides on a highly visible corner in the charming neighborhood of Birdrock in La Jolla. We worked closely with our award winning architect on floor plans and the architectural style of the home. After walking the neighborhood and discussing architectural possibilities we chose to design a traditional home with a New England Cape Cod influence. The home  displays over 2,200 sq. ft. of interior living space and an impressive 900 sq. ft. of exterior patios and balconies. The tastefully designed home displays 10’ ceilings, disappearing sliding pocket doors, upstairs master suite with ocean views and a sensational roof top deck with white water views to the south. This custom residence is a great addition to this prominent corner lot and the Birdrock neighborhood.
