Castejon II is a 20,000 parcel of land adjacent to Castejon I. We are early in the design process; however our vision is to design a 6,000 sq. ft. plus residence, 4 car garage and the architectural influence will be mid-century modern. The house will rest comfortably on the gently sloping lot and will afford ocean views from many rooms, decks and balconies. As always Pelican will continue to design and implement stunning landscapes. We anticipate ground breaking to occur in early 2019 and completion to be in early 2020. Stay tuned!!!
